The iJoy Diamond PD270 234W is a high powered box mod that features temperature control, custom user mode, and a variable power setting that ranges from soft to normal then hard. The large OLED screen is pretty decent and even displays clearly in direct sunlight. The ramp up speed is good, though not the fastest available on the market. The iJoy Diamond PD270 234W is a huge mod that accommodates dual 20700 batteries, that come with the kit. Due to the large size, this mod can sport a 30mm atty with no overhang. After some months now, the paint on my device’s buttons has started to peel off, but the mod itself has great durability.
In your starter kit you will find a 25mm Captain X3S sub-ohm tank. It is made mostly from stainless steel. It can hold a respectable 4.2 ml’s of ejuice. The premade coils that came with the kit are kanthal with organic cotton. The output can range from 0.2 ohms to 0.4 ohms ( depending on what coil you use ). The Captain X3S features a bottom airflow system that is a little turbulent but overall good. I found the flavor produced was above average. So all in all what you can expect from this tank is a no frills atty that performs decently all around.
I purchased the iJoy Diamond PD270 234W Starter Kit from my local vape shop for around $89.95 USD. You can find it much cheaper online for roughly $48.99 USD. I was happy paying this price for the kit. It is great value for money and as a result would suit any kind of vaper.
Everything was packed and wrapped neatly in a secure cardboard box. It came with all the usual spare parts including o-rings, coils, batteries case, 18650 adapters sleeves, charging cable, and authentication card/manual. The presentation of the packaging was superb. The rich colors and graphic design on the front were pleasing to the eye because of the extra effort iJoy have put in.
