The Vaporesso Renova Zero is an air activated all in one pod system. This means there is no fiddling around with buttons or settings. So all you have to do is put the pod to your lips, breathe in and exhale the vapor.
This device is the latest entry from Vaporesso into the pod market. We recently reviewed another pod device by Vaporesso called the Nexus AIO Starter Kit. The Renova Zero comes in two main pieces, the battery, and the pod. These parts are held in place by two strong magnets.
The Vaporesso Renova Zero Pod System’s power source is a 650 mAh battery. If you’re supplementing your all day vape with a higher nicotine mouth to lung device like the Zero, you will get close to 4 to 5 days before having to recharge.
If the Zero is your primary device then you may only get one day use, depending on the frequency of use. The battery does support 1 amp charging. As a result, it will take roughly 40 minutes to charge this pod.
The chipset that has been used in the Vaporesso Renova Zero uses a simplified automatic temperature control function that prevents burning your coils when it’s low on eliquid.
There are three main settings that are indicated by a LED light at the base of the battery. Green means that you are receiving 12.5 watts. Blue indicates you are receiving 10.5 watts. Red means you are receiving 9 watts.
The Zero chipset is also jam-packed with additional safety features including no-load protection, low resistance protection, overtime protection, overcharge protection and short circuit protection.
The pod utilizes the Vaporesso C Cell coil head. Inside is a ceramic heating element that provides some of the best and long lasting flavor I have ever experienced. Also, it’s not uncommon for me to get close to 4 weeks from a single coil.
The Zero pod has a 1.2 ml eliquid capacity and uses an innovative push fill system on the bottom that makes the Zero a fuss-free pod. However, this new feature does have a small flaw. Glass dripper bottles are not compatible with this type of fill port. Don’t be alarmed though as Vaporesso have thought of this and provide you with a spare unicorn bottle to transfer your ejuice.
The Vaporesso Renova Pod System is going to cost you roughly $24.99 USD. This is so cheap in comparison to similar products on the market. If you also factor in that a set of 2 spare pods will only set you back a couple of dollars, how can you pass that up? For me, the Vaporesso Renova has provided one of the best pod vaping experiences to date.
The packaging of the Vaporesso has been very well done. The box is brightly colored and matches the pod device inside. Also within your packaging, you will find your Zero battery, pod, and a USB charge cable. The instruction manual has everything you need to get started.
