The Wotofo NexMesh Pro Sub-Ohm Tank is one of the world’s first dual-core atomizers. It builds upon the original conical tank concept and takes it a step further. The NexMesh Pro boasts a beautiful exterior, superior finish, brand new coil line, and also added extras. But how does it compare to all the other sub-ohm tanks on the market? Keep reading to find out.
Wotofo is a relatively large vape manufacturer that specializes in rebuildable devices. More recently they’ve branched out into sub-ohm tanks and pod systems. In 2019, they acquired OFRF and all their products. This included the popular OFRF nexMESH Sub-Ohm Tank. Wotofo then re-released it with Wotofo branding in early 2020. It was met with lukewarm reviews due to new issues like leaking that the previous rendition didn’t have.
The Wotofo NexMesh Pro is a compact sub-ohm tank. It measures just 42.85mm’s in height by 24mm’s in diameter. The body is made from strong superior 304 stainless steel and the PCTG glass has been reinforced with pyrex. It looks and feels quite sturdy when compared to other Chinese made tanks. The standard straight tube can hold a generous 4.5ml of eliquid. Alternatively, you can install the provided bubble glass that holds a whopping 6ml.
The Wotofo NexMesh Pro Sub-Ohm Tank features a top, slide to fill system. It doesn’t lock but has enough tolerance to not accidentally open while in transit. A subtle black dot will indicate to you which side to push. It’s a bit hard to see on some of the dark colors. Inside the top cap is a single membrane style fill hole. The 810 drip tip is relatively tall, so you may need to remove it before filling your tank which is a slight annoyance.
The Wotofo NexMesh Pro kit contains two different NexMesh Pro Coils. This includes a 0.2ohm H12 clapton/mesh coil and also a 0.15ohm H15 dual mesh/parallel coil. The flavor and cloud production I got from the H15 coil was pretty good. Unfortunately, the H12 coil was disappointing. The flavor tasted muted and it didn’t meet the expectations I had for it considering it’s using Clapton wires.
The Wotofo NexMesh Pro Sub-Ohm Tank is available to buy right now for $34.95 USD. I personally think that’s a tad expensive when compared to similar sub-ohm tanks. In saying that, I’m sure Wotofo fans will be happy to pay a few extra dollars for it. If you’re into DIY vaping, an RBA deck can be purchased separately for $14.95 USD. Its performance isn’t too bad but doesn’t really hold a light to their other rebuildable tanks.
The Wotofo NexMesh Pro Sub-Ohm Tank comes in a variety of cool colors. This includes black, gunmetal, stainless steel, blue, gold, and also rainbow. The packaging consists of a clear lid and a green box. It’s pretty much the same design they’ve been using throughout 2020. It’s modern and clean, but I still prefer the old Wotofo branding. Inside you’ll find your NexMesh Pro Tank, 2 x coils, spare glass, accessory bag, and also a user manual.
